Marina Approach Map

Costa Daurada • Spain

The fine sandy, golden beaches that extend for around 100 kilometres north and south of Tarragona are known as the Costa Daurada, or "Golden Coast." Many of these beaches are large and spacious, while others are tucked away in small coves. Most of them are ideal for families with small children because they slope softly down to the water. The ancient villages and mountain ranges of Montsant, Muntanyes de Prades, and la Mussara delight visitors to the Costa Daurada. Olives, almonds, and grains have all been grown here since the beginning of time, but vines dominate the landscape.
